Payments & Subscriptions
Certain features may require a subscription or one-time payment. By subscribing, you authorize BREMLS to charge your chosen payment method. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
Refunds & Cancellations
All payments are non-refundable. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will not renew for the next billing cycle. Access to paid features will remain active until the current subscription period ends.
Third-Party Services
BREMLS integrates with third-party services such as payment processors and data providers. We are not responsible for issues arising from these external providers.
User-Generated Content
Users are responsible for the content they upload to BREMLS. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
Limitation of Liability
BREMLS is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Data Protection & Privacy
BREMLS is committed to implementing bank-level security measures to protect all stored data. Your personal and business information will be securely encrypted, and we comply with all applicable data protection regulations.

While BREMLS ensures bank-level security, users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and reporting any suspicious activity.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, trademarks, and technology used in BREMLS are the exclusive property of the company. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Modification of Services
BREMLS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its services at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes when possible.
Termination

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Collin County, Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Collin County, Texas.
Force Majeure
BREMLS shall not be held liable for delays or failure in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, cyberattacks, or other unforeseen events.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiations. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be settled through mediation or arbitration before legal action is taken.
API & Third-Party Integrations
BREMLS offers an MLS API for approved partners. API usage is subject to rate limits and may be revoked for misuse or violation of our terms.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of BREMLS after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
